The 2016 Hyundai Sonata Eco is a difficult car to maintain. To access the battery you’ll need to disconnect the air filter intake vent, which is bulky and cumbersome to maneuver. To reach the petcock underneath the vehicle you’ll need to remove a large panel held on by multiple bolts, which won’t allow for reliable access. Servicing a flat tire may be a problem, as the compressor kit provided may not be all that helpful in the case of a severely damaged tire.
However, the 2016 Hyundai Sonata has its upsides. All of the headlights are accessible by simply reaching behind the bulb housing, allowing for reliable bulb changes.
