The 2010 BMW 750Li is very difficult to maintain on account of many convoluted maintenance procedures. The wheel well lining, bumper, and bulb housing itself must be removed for access to many of the headlights, which won’t allow for reliable bulb changes. Reaching the cabin air filter will be a problem as you must contort your body in order to reach it underneath the glove box. Performing a coolant flush will be difficult given the large panel that will need to be removed first.
However, the 2010 BMW 750Li has some upsides. Performing an oil change shouldn’t be too much of a problem given the unobstructed access to the oil drain plug and oil filter. The open access to the power steering reservoir will allow you to reliably monitor the fluid levels. The fuse boxes are easy to access, and one comes conveniently provided with a fuse puller.
