The 2008 Nissan Versa S is an easy car to maintain. Many of the headlights can be accessed by simply reaching behind the bulb housing, allowing for reliable bulb changes. The tail lights have a similar design, and though it will require tools no extensive panel nor housing removals are necessary to access them. The spare tire and jack kit are quick to find and easy to set up, so servicing a flat shouldn’t be a problem.
However, the 2008 Nissan Versa S has its downsides. Accessing the cabin air filter will require the entire glove box housing to be removed, which won’t allow for reliable filter changes. Reaching for the transmission fluid dipstick may be a problem, as its location deep in the engine bay could expose you to hot engine parts. The battery bracket also has a deep reach, which could make changing your battery a bit of a challenge.
