The 2006 Lexus RX400h is a moderately difficult car to maintain. Many different fasteners and a panel will need to be removed to access one of the tail lights, and reaching for it in its awkward location may prove to be a problem. Most of the headlights don’t have reliable access, either, requiring the wheel well lining to be removed for access. Accessing the spare tire may prove problematic, as its location underneath the vehicle runs the risk of it rusting to the frame and impeding your repair.

However, the 2006 Lexus RX400h has its upsides. The brake fluid reservoir has very open access, which allows you to reliably monitor its fluid levels when necessary. The battery also has relatively easy access, which is convenient should it ever need to be replaced. The engine air filter isn’t a problem to change, either, as no tools are needed to remove it.
