The 2004 Buick Rainier CXL Plus is a moderately difficult car to maintain. The grille will need to be disconnected and multiple clips detached in order to access the headlights, which won’t allow for reliable bulb changes. The tail lights are also a problem to change, requiring many screws and many different portions to be disconnected for access. The battery also has tedious access, requiring the sway bar, the terminals, and a large cover to be removed before the bracket can even be reached.

The fog light can be accessed by simply reaching behind the front bumper without the removal of any panels or covers. Monitoring the oil level won’t be a problem, as the dipstick can be removed and read with ease.
