The 2004 Buick Century Custom is difficult to maintain. The entire bulb housing must be removed for access to any of the headlights, and you may need a tool in order to pry off the bulb covers. The tail lights also have problematic access, as you’ll have to pry back multiple portions of trunk lining and remove many different fasteners in order to reach the bulbs. The battery is positioned deep in the engine bay with an obstructed reach for the bracket, which won’t allow for reliable battery replacements.
However, the 2004 Buick Century Custom does have its upsides. The center brake light is easy to access through the roof of the trunk, allowing for reliable bulb changes. It won’t be a problem to check the transmission fluid level on account of the open access to the dipstick. You won’t have to remove any panels to perform an oil change.
