The 2002 Honda Odyssey EX is a relatively difficult vehicle to maintain, and will require many tools, and a decent amount of time, to complete many repairs. Changing the cabin air filter with reliability can be a problem, as you will have to remove the entire glove box housing for access to the filter. You will have to remove many bolts. The front turn signal can be tough to access, as you will have to remove a few bolts and fasteners in order to peel back the lining. The brake fluid reservoir is not overly visible on this vehicle.
Some things are easier on the 2002 Honda Odyssey EX. The reverse light is no problem to change, as you only have to peel back one easy to peel back cover in the rear hatch. The engine fuse box is clearly accessible in the engine bay. This will allow you to complete electrical troubleshooting. Checking the transmission fluid level is easy to do, as the dipstick is easily accessible in the engine bay.
