The 2000 Toyota RAV4 is a very easy car to maintain, and a good choice for the average car owner. While access to one section is easy, the other requires you to move one of the front seats in order to access. You will need some tools you may not have readily available in order to access the center brake light on this car. Most models make this light an LED bulb, and it is more difficult to have to replace this on a regular basis. You will have to remove the bulb housing in order to access the front turn signal bulb. This will require the removal of a screw which can be tough, as the screw can grow rusted to the vehicle over time.
