This can be a problem, as the mechanism that lowers the tire can grow rusted to the vehicle over time due to being exposed to the elements. The engine air filter is more difficult to replace than on other vans. You will need to remove many bolts and make a tough reach in the engine bay in order to complete. To access the headlight bulb, you will have to take the housing out of the vehicle for access. This will require the removal of a few bolts, and is more complicated access than usual.
