The 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Z34 is an easy car to maintain. All of the headlights in the main housing are accessible via a simple reach behind, making for reliable bulb changes. The spare tire and jack kit are conveniently packaged together in the trunk and can be quickly removed, so servicing a flat tire shouldn’t be a problem.
