The 1997 Skoda Felicia LXi is very easy to maintain. All of the tail lights are located in a single bulb assembly that removes without the use of tools, allowing for reliable bulb changes. The battery will be easy to replace as the bracket and terminals have unobstructed access. Monitoring the engine coolant won’t be a problem as you won’t have to make a long reach for the level markers or the cap.
However, the 1997 Skoda Felicia LXi does have some downsides. Accessing the oil filter and lower radiator hose may be a problem as it will require a tight reach down through the engine bay. A cover and multiple fasteners will need to be removed to access the front fog light, which won’t allow for reliable bulb changes. The engine air filter can be difficult to reach as tools will be needed to remove a cover first.
