The 1993 Skoda Favorit L is relatively easy to maintain. Changing the engine air filter is no problem, as you only have to disengage a few fasteners for access to it. The headlight is easy to change, as you only have to reach behind the housing for access to the bulb assembly. The engine coolant reservoir is visible in the engine bay, allowing you to reliably check and replenish the fluid level.
Some things are problematic on the 1993 Skoda Favorit L. A few screws must be removed in order to access the fog light. While the oil dipstick is relatively visible in the engine bay, it can be difficult to remove as you must reach for it past many engine parts. To check the interior fuses you will have to make a tough reach under the glove box, and this fuse box does not include a fuse puller.
